Renovated apartment in farmhouse

The first-floor apartment has a view of the natural garden with fruit tree meadow from two terraces. Our small village is located in a charming landscape with cycling and hiking trails. 5 residents help with tips in six languages. Two swimming lakes are 10 km away. Limited shopping in the valley itself. In Hersbruck and Altdorf there are supermarkets and organic shops. 30 minutes by car, by train in 15 minutes from Hersbruck to Nuremberg. We keep bees and an old breed of sheep. The space The first floor apartment has a 180 cm wide double bed, a sofa, a display case, small desk, chair and wardrobe in a 24 square meter room. The 44 square meter room has a 160 cm wide sofa bed, a single bed, another sofa, armchair, table and desk chair. The kitchen is well equipped, also with a dishwasher. The Internet is usually 72 Mbps. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. We renovated everything ourselves with historic doors. There is central heating, but also an 8 kW oven and kitchen stove with wood. A washing machine is available in an adjoining room. Above the first floor apartment, 5 adults live in three apartments. Everyone is ready to help if needed. Guest access The apartment leads off from the staircase and is self-contained. The apartment door and front door are locked separately. Unfortunately, there is a step to the bathroom and the large room in the first-floor apartment, so it is only partially accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note The garden furniture can be placed under old apple trees. Our sheep cannot be petted. They are a special wild breed. The bees pose no danger. If you wish, you can observe them. We can provide bicycles, possibly our e-bikes. If necessary, we can pick you up from the train station.
