It's just a 12min walk to Victoria Cross Metro, which takes you to the city in 5min. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s the perfect retreat for business travellers, students, or holidaymakers. The space This is a two bedroom apartment and you will have your own private bedroom with a brand new Queen size bed and mattress. You will be sharing the apartment and bathroom with me. I'm a young professional who loves to travel and meet new people! I'm easygoing, friendly and respectful. I have a French Bulldog (Hugo) who lives with me. He is friendly, quiet, doesn't bark and usually sleeps all day. I prefer guests who are easygoing, friendly, respectful and appreciate the Airbnb experience. **Please note my place is not suitable for those WFH majority of the time.** I'm available to provide any assistance you may need during your stay but you will have your privacy and space. I look forward to hosting you! :) Guest access You have access to the whole apartment except for my bedroom and the study. You’re welcome to cook. There's plenty of space in the fridge for you. You’re also welcome to do your laundry and laundry detergent is provided. Please make yourself feel at home! During your stay You will have your privacy however I'm on hand if you need any help or have any qs. :) Other things to note Early check-in/late check-out: Where possible, I try to accommodate an early check-in/late check-out for your convenience. **Please note my place is not suitable for those WFH majority of the time.** Access times: Access available at all hours. Self check-in via key lock box next to the front door. Misc: This apartment has an internal laundry, full sized kitchen, unlimited high-speed WiFi and 50” Smart TV with Netflix. Linen and towels are provided. Please BYO beach towels. Parking: Please note parking in driveway is unavailable for guests. There is free street parking available with time restrictions.
