Our beautiful city centre flat is in the perfect location, nice and quiet but a stones throw from the bustling Leith walk with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It feels like a tranquil and modern home away from home. This is self catering accommodation, please find amenities provided described below. The space The property is on the ground floor with a private outdoor terrace to enjoy. After a welcoming hallway you'll find a modern bathroom and a very good sized bed room with UK king sized bed (150x200cm). There's ample storage in the three door build-in wardrobe and double chest of drawers. The bedroom is nice and bright with a floor to ceiling window, and can be darkened when needed with black out blinds and curtains. The living-dining area is generously sized with a great kitchen and appliances and leads out to the private terrace. You can find the washer dryer in the second cupboard in the hallway, if you need help with how to use it please message us and we’re happy to help. There’s an airer in the wardrobe in the bedroom. Other things to note Please note this is not a party flat, it is located in a quiet street and our neighbours are lovely and quiet so we'd like to keep disturbing them to a minimum. For longer stays please note, if you’d like a cleaner to come during your stay and bring new towels and sheets, and fill up shampoos etc this comes at an extra cost of £80 per cleaning visit, please message me to arrange this if wanted. (for stays of 3 weeks and over our cleaner will come every 2 weeks for a quick clean and change of bedding) Please note that we provide toxin-free, eco friendly products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, cleaning products) which will be full for the start of your stay, these won’t be refilled unless you book a cleaner during your stay. We also provide hair straighteners in addition to the hair dryer. Please note that the devices in the top corners of the living room, bedroom and hallway are not cameras. They’re motion sensors connected to our security system and a blue light will activate with motion. This will happen even though the alarm is currently disabled. Registration Details EH-71908-F
