Go canoeing or tubing within minutes on the Ausable River that runs nearby, with canoe rentals at various locations within the area. Trails nearby and plenty of space on site to park your trailers that carry your dirt bikes/snowmobile. 15 minutes from Garland golf course, and Ma Deeters in Luzerne. The space The main living space is equipped with 50 inch flat screen, assorted DVD's, and USB outlets for charging electronics. Kitchen has the essentials, coffee station, and pantry for storing items. Bathroom has a walk-in shower and great water pressure. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser to use, the loft has 2 twin beds and both sleeping areas have enough room for a blowup mattress or cot for extra guests. Not pictured yet, climate controlled sunroom with games, a futon for seating and extra sleeping area, and a door for privacy. In the backyard, a deck with seating, a coal grill, and fire pit. This cabin has a mini split system for a/c, or heat if you need it in the cool spring or fall seasons. Guest access Your access includes the entire property except for the garage.
