Enjoy the calm of private, framed views of a natural wooded setting that is also minutes away from Saunderskill Farms, Skate Time, Mill & Main, Innes, and Stony Kill Falls hiking trails. EV+ Ideal for couples or solo retreats, the studio provides urban comfort in a rural setting for guests who appreciate sampling between the two! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats and dogs, hence house rules specify pets are not allowed. (Allergen panel results proactively shared with Airbnb). No smoking. The space Planned and constructed during the pandemic, the guest studio, while technically under the same roof as the rest of the house, is otherwise separated by the sort of acoustically separated connecting door found in hotels between suites. Both leaves of this door, seen in the photos adjacent to the bed, remain locked for your privacy and security, since the studio is accessed from its own separate entrance for your exclusive use. The studio’s HVAC system is also separate and filtered from the rest of the house, allowing you to control the climate as you like. Guest access The entire studio with separate entrance is all yours including the fire pit area for your exclusive use during your stay. There are no shared interior spaces. Feel free to roam the 5-acre wooded property bounded by the two nearest county roads the house sits upon! Other things to note The WiFi password is available in the navy blue, gold accented guest binder along with other local, quick user manual tips and safety information. Coffee, tea and snacks will be available in the pull-out next to the under-counter fridge. Let me know if you have dietary restrictions or creamer preferences! As mentioned in the Security section, the camera at the side entrance is intended to watch for deer, rabbits, groundhogs and other creatures who occasionally nibble on the irrigation lines. Its placement is intentionally obvious to humans, and rest assured, there’s no visibility into any interior spaces. Let me know if you'll need access to the Level 2 (48A) EV charger with CCS1 plug type which is available for guest use. (You'll need your own adapter for vehicles with other configurations).
