Sitting on 20 acres of land at the top of a hill, the home is set in the back for ultimate privacy for your family. This property is truly a paradise with the incredible scenery of the Catskill mountains that can be seen throughout the entire home. Start your morning by waking up to the sunrise and drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains. End your night with friends and family under the stars with the telescope and enjoy a fire using the firepit. Only 30-40 minutes away from Hunter and Windham mountains. This home sleeps 10 people generously. Sleeping Arrangements With 1 Master King Size Bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 Queen Size Bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 full and queen beds and 1 queen size bedroom (downstairs), you will find room for your entire group to spread out. All bedrooms feature quality linens and are thoughtfully decorated. All bedrooms have spacious closets with shelving so you can comfortably unpack for your stay. The downstairs room has an air filter and dehumidifier and guests can adjust to their individual preferences. Central AC and heating is available for the entire home for your ultimate comfort. The Kitchen The Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and finishes as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, general spices, and basically all the tools you need to make morning pancakes, spaghetti Bolognese dinner, and everything in between. (Groceries not provided.) For morning coffee, there is a brand new coffee machine that can either put k-Cups or brew a pot. You will find all the dish ware, serve ware, and drink ware you need for such a large group to dine, but don’t worry, we have you covered with a dishwasher too. Bathrooms There are 3 bathrooms in this home, all of which have a bathtub and shower head. Every shower has a rain head and body sprayers and all of our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and super plush towels. The en suite master bathroom has a toiletry set up so you can spend all the time you need to get ready for the day. More In the main entertaining area is a Living Room adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. Here you will find a comfy sofa, coffee table, lounge chairs and a 55” Smart TV, perfect for family and friends to gather around and relax. The Dining Room features a large table with 8 seats for your group to dine together. Outdoors Step out the front door and you will find yourself on an enclosed wood deck with seating to view the spectacular views of the Catskill mountains. There are 5 comfy chairs you can sit with your family while you watch the sunrise or sunset. If BBQ-ing is your thing, we have you covered with a propane grill. Also in the backyard, you will find an expansive wood deck pergola with a 6-person outdoor dining table perfect for leisurely hanging out in the outdoors.
