New listing, please read our other reviews ;) Walkout basement apartment recently renovated. We are on Pilley's Island, nestled among a trio of beautiful islands surrounded by diverse landscape. Located on the shoreline of beautiful Bumble Bee Cove, we offer ocean access from the backyard or guest boathouse. There are 2 spacious bedrooms (2 singles / 1 queen), brand new washroom, new kitchenette / eating area, new laundry room, new flooring (except in bedrooms), upgraded electrical with a/c! The space You will be staying in a 2 bedroom walkout basement. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with closet / storage. There is a bar style sitting and dining area as well as a small food preparation space as well as a breakfast bar. Appliances included a microwave, large toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, as well as a large variety of kitchen tools, cutlery, dishes etc. You also have a brand new washroom and laundry room. Quick access to our ocean front back yard where you can sit by the campfire, BBQ your supper or simply take in the gorgeous view! Guest access You will have the entire lower level walkout to yourselves, with private entrance and parking. But, where you really want to be is outside and there is no shortage of outdoor space! You can sit around a campfire in our back yard overlooking the ocean, launch the kayaks or canoe, head over to our fishing stage with a beautiful deck on the ocean to enjoy a beverage or access our private boat launch! There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the stage sipping a drink and taking in the view! Other things to note Please note that we also rent the upstairs main level of the bungalow. If you have a large group, we suggest that you also book the "Captain’s Quarters" on the Ocean so that you can have the entire bungalow to yourselves! For all our guests, it is important to know that if you see something on the property, (i.e. bicycles, kayaks, BBQ, sports equipment etc.) they are there for your enjoyment. We ask that you are always respectful of other guest in sharing their use. The exception would be the Quad/ATV, please check with us about the possibility of taking advantage of this. Also, the fishing industry is strictly regulated in Newfoundland and you are advised to confirm what and when you can fish legally in the province!
