Forget your worries in this very spacious and serene space. It's close to scenic coastal Villages and walks, where the views are stunning over the Moray Firth and Dolphins and other wildlife/birds can be seen. There are paths which are also ideal for cycling and many Golf Courses near by to enjoy and if Whisky is your tipple, then there are some world famous distilleries close by. But if peace and quiet is what you want, then there is a mezzanine snug area or the large private garden to enjoy. The space Our cottage is one level and has 3 Bedrooms (1 is ensuite & other 2 rooms have zip-link beds, so can be either Twin or Superking - the required layout will need to be specified on booking). The main Bathroom has a shower over the bath and the Kitchen/Diner/Family Room is open plan, spacious, well equipped and has comfy seating too. The Range Cooker has a gas/electric hob & 2 ovens. In this family area there is a stair that leads to a Mezzanine snug which also has seating. There is a Utility Room which leads to the integrated Garage (part of the garage is currently being used for storage so is only suitable for bicycles, golf clubs etc). A relaxing Lounge can be found at the other end of the spacious hall. Underfloor heating is throughout the cottage and there is outside parking for 2/3 cars. The large enclosed garden has lawn, flower beds, fruit trees, a patio with furniture, gas BBQ, other seating and also patio lighting. STL Licence- MO-00155-F Other things to note The access drive into the property is shared, therefore parking must be within the driveway of the cottage. The courtyard is used only for turning your vehicle in as you need to join the main road forward facing.
