Four-bedroom heritage estate divided into two independent duplex units: **NOTE: This listing is only for the Garden unit villa. Guest will not have access to the Patio unit (the Lower unit villa).** ** No pets allowed. 2. Shared garden with Himalayan views, cabana, and bonfire pit 3. Wooden interiors, and Victorian-era detailing 4. Drive-up access with parking at the villa gate (rare in Shimla) 5. Located in Summerhill, about 3 km from Mall Road 6. Separate entrances for both villa units, ensuring privacy 7. Garden is shared between the Garden and Patio villa units 🛏 Layout of the Home 1. The Garden Unit opens directly into a shared garden with panoramic Himalayan views. 2. It features two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a colonial-style living room, a sunroom, and a compact kitchenette for light meals and tea. 3. Bedroom 2 can be accessed through an interconnecting door from Bedroom 1. It also has a separate entrance from the garden, opposite the gazebo. 4. There is a small kids’ room with a single bed, accessible from Bedroom 1. This compact room is not part of the standard listing configuration but can be opened on request. 5. The shared garden includes a cabana/gazebo and a bonfire area for guests to relax and enjoy the mountain views. Guest access 1. Guests will have access to the entire villa unit they have booked, including the bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, outdoor garden spaces, cabana, bonfire pit, and parking areas. 2. Both villa units have separate entrances, ensuring privacy for guests occupying each unit. The garden is private to the estate and shared only between the Garden and Patio villa units. 3. Staff access is limited to service hours and guest assistance. Other things to note - Please do not eat or leave food unattended in the garden, as it may attract monkeys. Keep doors closed at all times during your stay. - The local market and pharmacy are within walking distance. - WiFi connectivity may be limited and can be disrupted during rain, storms, or snowfall due to hill weather conditions. Guests working remotely are advised to download essential content in advance. - The caretaker can assist with grocery purchases if required. A tip of INR 50 per market visit is recommended. - Bonfire charges: INR 1000 per session (includes wood, alcohol to start the fire, and setup). - Security deposit of INR 6000 will be collected at check-in.
