Lived in this studio for already 10 years now, went through a full renovation process 3 years ago, discovered its flaws and fixed them, now it's time for you to kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. What made me stay here for 10 years? It's quiet, very close to the river and pretty close to the city center. It takes literally 3 minutes to get to the river or Rozelor Park. Oh, and the sunset is great! Free parking near the building on a first come, first served basis.
