Relax in this quiet little hideaway. 2 buildings included. Spacious 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom house located 5 min from Cove Palisades State Park. The other building is an outdoor living space (no ac) which provides a kitchen, bathroom, grill, outdoor patio , fire pit, and ton of space with extra sleeping. It’s a quiet little community on the edge of the state park that provides Mountain View’s for days. The space PRIME SEASON (April-Sep) This is a cozy and spacious 2 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom that offers 2 queen beds, full size futon as well as a queen air bed for sleeping. There’s a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom and ac in the main house. The property comes with an outdoor Pavilion space that offers a grill, outdoor patio, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. This space provides additional sleeping arrangements on a full size hida bed , full size air bed as well as bunk beds. The bunk bed is a full and a twin. The outdoor Pavilion does not have AC, but we do provide fans and it can be ventilated at night with opening up windows/screen doors. OFF SEASON (Sep-April): Only the 2 bedroom house is available to rent. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1 acre lot that includes the main house as well as the outdoor Pavilion. There is plenty of space for boat/RV parking but please let host know if you will be bringing either of these because there might be a charge. RV is $50 per night. If you will be needing to make a reservation for more than 10 people please get this approved by host. Other things to note Enough space to bring and park boat. Please get this approved by host prior to booking. Please get approval to bring RV. There is a fee for RV upon approval. Animals/dogs must be approved prior to booking and there is a pet fee of $150 per pet. No animals in main house. If you are going to have more than 10 guests please get this approved by host.
