Casa Amor is a minute and a half walk to the beach, and even closer to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love our house because of the high ceilings, natural light, large outdoor patio with pool and good air flow. Casa Amor is good for couples, families (with kids), medium sized groups. We used our downtime during 2020 to renovate the bedrooms and bathrooms. More photos and a video can be found at the casaamormexico dot com website. The space Under the lofted ceilings are cushy, comfy beds with brand new air conditioning units and ripping Hampton Bay fans. The winter months bring the most lovely weather, in which you can most likely sleep with natural air flow under the handwoven Mexican bed spreads and blankets. The kitchen is open and airy with almost everything you would need, although the restaurants are SO good in San Pancho, that you may not use it at all. Our big comfy couch is good for an afternoon book and the palapa and hammock out back are perfect siesta material. Guest access Guests are welcome to all parts of the house including the pool and palapa with the exception of our storage and laundry. We have a washer and dryer on site in which our lovely housekeeper would be happy to do laundry for you in the two days a week (and arrival day) that she comes to clean. Other things to note We do require an signed contract when booking directly through our website. If you book through Airbnb, you are agreeing to the following: I (the renter) agree to the following rules for occupants of the house and its surrounding property: Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Special arrangements are possible if necessary. The maximum number of renters staying in the house shall not exceed eleven (11) persons. The renter agrees not to put up a tent or other structure on the property, nor to park an RV (recreational vehicle) or other vehicle longer than 5.5 meters in the parking area. We ask that you respect the neighborhood and have no loud parties (those which disturb residents of other nearby houses) in or around the house after 10:30 pm at night nor prior to 9:00am in the morning. Pets are not allowed and we ask that you not allow any of the many friendly local visitors (pets in the community) in to the home due to allergies. Casa Amor has a NO SMOKING INSIDE policy. If you wish to smoke, please sit on the outside patio and clean up the ash and butt waste. The homeowners understand that accidental breakage or loss of items from the home occurs from time to time and are tolerant of this, however, the renter and party will not deliberately remove, destroy nor damage the house, its contents or its surroundings and the renter agrees to reimburse the homeowner for any such damage. Please let us know if something gets broken so we can replace it for the next guests. I (THE RENTER) RECOGNIZE THAT VACATIONING AT A BEACH TOWN IN MEXICO IS INHERENTLY DIFFERENT THAN LIVING OR VACATIONING IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA, AND CARRIES ADDITIONAL RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH. AMONG CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS RISK ARE SWIMMING POOLS WITHOUT FENCES NOR LIFEGUARDS, BEACHES WITHOUT LIFEGUARDS, BARS WHICH WILL SERVE LIQUOR TO ANYONE WHO ORDERS (REGARDLESS OF AGE), BALCONIES, WINDOWS AND STAIRWAYS WITHOUT FALL PROTECTION DEVICES, LACK OF SMOOTH ROADS AND SIDEWALKS, VACATIONERS’ ABILITY TO OVERINDULGE AND BECOME CARELESS, AS WELL AS DIFFERENT CODES, LAWS AND TRADITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION, ACTIVITIES AND SAFETY, AND MANY OTHER CONDITIONS. I (THE RENTER) AM AWARE OF THE RISKS AND I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES TO MYSELF AND ALL MEMBERS OF MY PARTY, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ACCOMPANY ME OR VISIT ME OR ANY MEMBER OF MY PARTY. I EXPRESSLY RELEASE FROM LIABILITY THE OWNERS OF CASA AMOR, ALL INDIVIDUAL OWNERS AND LANDLORDS, AND ALL OTHER RENTERS AND/OR OCCUPANTS OF THE HOUSE I AM RENTING AND FOR ANY DAMAGE TO ME OR TO ANY MEMBER OF MY PARTY FOR ANY REASON. I FURTHER AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS OF CASA AMOR, ALL INDIVIDUAL OWNERS AND LANDLORDS AND AGENTS OF THE OWNERS OF CASA AMOR, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING AS A RESULT OF MY RENTAL OF HOUSE OR PROPERTY. THAT IS, DURING THE TERM OF MY RENTAL AGREEMENT I AGREE TO ACCEPT FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES TO MYSELF AND TO ALL MEMBERS OF MY PARTY AND TO ALL GUESTS OF MYSELF AND MEMBERS OF MY PARTY. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAIVER IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS PERMITTED BY LAW, AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION IS HELD INVALID, THE REMAINDER OF THE WAIVER WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN FULL LEGAL FORCE AND EFFECT. I FURTHER AGREE THAT THE VENUE FOR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE IN THE STATE OF NAYARIT, MEXICO AND IN NO OTHER VENUE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM OF LEGAL AGE AND FREELY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT. I HAVE READ THIS FORM AS WELL AS THE RULES OF OCCUPANCY, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS AND/OR REMEDIES WHICH MAY BE AVAILABLE TO ME FOR THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE OWNERS OF CASA AMOR, LANDLORDS OR OTHER AGENTS OR PARTIES LISTED ABOVE.
