Check yourself in with a door code and separate entrance. You'll have the entire basement, the upstairs main level is a separate rental unit. There is a locked door at the bottom of the indoor stairs that keeps the basement private and secure for your use. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood, 5 minutes from the I-15. Two bedrooms, three beds, a living room, dining room, full bathroom, and full kitchen are at your disposal. There is a breakfast bar with coffee and snacks provided. The space Brew a cup of something warm, and enjoy the quiet of small town Brigham City. Ideal for 1-2 couples, or a small family. Nearby activities include fishing at Mantua Reservoir, visiting the nearby Crystal Hot Springs, and at least 3 ski resorts within a 1-hour drive. Brigham also boasts one of the world's largest refuge for birds. We provide a few snacks, coffee/hot cocoa, coffee maker, toaster, and a full size fridge for you to keep anything you need. The dining table sits 6, and is perfect for meals or games. In one of the storage closets, you'll find a bunch of games we have provided for you to play as well! The living room features a 55-inch 4k UHD tv with a Roku and all streaming services. Feel free to use the back yard, patio table and small smoker/grill. The yard is large and fully fenced in. We would love for you to enjoy it during your stay. A large sycamore tree provides great shade during the warmer months. We may see you out there when doing yardwork and love meeting our guests! Please be aware that we have a dog, but he doesn't always come with us. He is a black Australian Shepherd named Rollo. He is friendly, well trained, and does not bark. He loves meeting new friends so if he runs up to you just stay calm. If you have any issues with dogs, please inform us so we are aware. As listed in the title, this is a basement rental. You will need to go up and down outdoor stairs. Please watch your step! Please also note that the upstairs unit is a separate rental. This is an older home with creaky floors so you might here noises from other guest during your stay. Please consider this factor and pack ear plugs if you are particularly sensitive to noise. We instruct both guests to respect quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Reach out if you have any questions regarding this issue! Guest access Separate basement entrance for guests. Self check-in with a customized code provided by the host. Free parking for guests is on the north side of our driveway. Please do not park on the street or the south side of the driveway. The yard and laundry room downstairs are both shared spaces. On the other side of the door next to the kitchen table you will find the laundry washer and dryer unit. We do NOT provide detergent but you are welcome to bring your own. Dryer sheets are available. Please be aware that this is shared access with potential renters upstairs. Availability is not guaranteed. Other things to note Please do not lock the door knob, just use the keypad on the deadbolt! We control the heat/ AC from upstairs. We try to be reasonable with the automatic thermostat settings but if you feel too warm or too cold during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out! Extra blankets are provided downstairs, as well as 2 space heaters and 2 tower fans. We want you to be as comfortable as possible so do speak up! NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. We are pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. Only 1 pet per reservation. Dogs only. Please pick up after your pet and do not leave your pet in the unit unattended. Fines will be charged for any damages or bad smells that occur. During winter months we get a lot of snow here in Utah. We commit to shovel snow from your stair entrance and walk way at least one time per day. We also leave a shovel and salt in a bucket at the top of your stairwell. Please self serve as needed. If for any reason you need us to shovel more frequently, please reach out and let us know! We do both work full time but we will do our best to make proper accommodations.
