2F Luxury Penthouse Prime Location (Konkuk Uni.)

Welcome to the luxurious Raum Penthouse in Jayang-dong. It's going to be a very special stay here. Built in June 2022, we're in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. These are high rise ceiling luxury apartments with a loft style second floor. But unlike most loft style apartments in Korea, the second floor ceiling is high enough for most adults to stand up straight. I'm 185cm and I just have to slightly tilt my head. But most importantly, I'm on the 22nd floor so the view is amazing! The space The building was finished being built June of 2022 so it's a very new building. The 4th floor of the building has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and a common area. The apartment has both an amazing day and night view with the windows being 2 floors high. But don't worry, it comes with a remote controlled curtain both in the living room and the bedroom. Guest access The 2nd floor room is a storage room so please refrain from entering. Other things to note ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ This space is my personal residence when vacant, so please keep the following in mind before booking: 1️⃣ My Dog Lives Here Occasionally 🐶 I occasionally stay here with my Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix. She is fully trained to go to the bathroom outdoors, and a professional cleaning crew thoroughly cleans the space before and after each stay. However, no cleaning is 100% perfect, so you may occasionally find a stray pet hair. If this bothers you or if you have allergies, please reconsider booking. Please note that this is NOT a pet-friendly listing—no other pets are allowed. 2️⃣ Personal Items & Food 🏡 Since this is also a lived-in space, you may notice some personal belongings and food items. Feel free to use or consume anything available. However, please understand that this is not a traditional hotel—it’s a home that I share with guests. 3️⃣ Restricted Area – Storage Room 🚪 The 2nd-floor door leads to a private storage room. This area is strictly off-limits, and the items inside are not for guest use. Please do not enter. 4️⃣ No Indoor Smoking 🚭 Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please use the 4th-floor terrace or the 1st-floor outdoor lobby. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! 😊
