The space This sunny 300-square-foot tiny house sits on 3 acres and is adjacent to national forest land, features 11-foot ceilings, and a passive solar design with super-efficient windows and building envelope. The house is ideal for two people, with spectacular views out of the livingroom, a spacious loft with a queen bed, full kitchen and amenities, breakfast bar, 3/4 bathroom with shower, and laundry area. Outside, the deck has several seating options, and a separate patio in the front. PLEASE NOTE: to achieve this lofty vantage point, the last 0.4 miles of road is dirt and very steep. While any vehicle can make this drive in the summertime, 4WD and good tires are absolutely required if snow or freezing weather is in the forecast. Heavy snows are likely to require snow chains in addition to 4WD. No pets are allowed, to be considerate of the owner and other guests who may be allergic. Guest access You'll have the entire place to yourself :) Other things to note There are two (exterior) security cameras on the premises. Access is via an electronic keypad.
