The entire apartment is yours! Kick back and enjoy the relaxation! Kitchen: The unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and necessities to whip up a storm. Large Fridge/Freezer, electric oven and stove top. There is also a high table with 2 bar stools to enjoy lovely meals and simultaneously serve as a working area. Living Area: The open plan living area leads off of the kitchen. The flat screen TV is setup with Netflix, positioned in such a way to maximize comfort by being able watch tv while cooking or enjoying a coffee on the balcony overlooking the iconic Green Market Square. Bedroom Area: The enclosed Bedroom consists of a double bed with linens and towels provided. The is ample wardrobe space with an additional winter blanket and ironing facilities. Bathroom: The private bathroom consists of a toilet, basin and shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note There are very few locations in Cape Town that allow you to experience the Mother City on foot like Market House does. Parking: There is no secure parking available. You would need to utilize the street parking which is paid for hourly until 17:00 pm on weekdays and until 13:00pm on Saturdays. Sundays are free. Key Collection: Keys are collected onsite. Instructions are sent prior to arrival. Security: The building consists of 24/7 security. You will be required to sign in by security upon your arrival. Please note that there are CCTV cameras in all communal areas. Smoking: Please note, this is a strictly non-smoking accommodation. You can however smoke on the balcony but please be respectful towards the property. Servicing: This is a self-catering apartment, therefore no cleaning is provided throughout the duration of your stay. Cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee should you desire this service. We do midstay cleans and linen changes for reservations longer than 7 nights.
