Chiefs/Royals are 17 min. KCI/MCI is only 18 min. The space This is a two bedroom one bath home with two queen beds and one fold-down couch for the possible fifth person. There will be an extra set of sheets, pillow, and blanket in the closet by the bedrooms for the fold-down couch use. If you'd rather use an inflatable queen bed please let us know and we will deliver it to you. Blackout curtains in bedrooms. Guest access Guests have sole use of this entire home. Other things to note Free parking. Your code is for the garage. The drive faces Vivion Rd. The road adjacent is Spruce. The stone sign in our yard says Fox Woods. You will get one garage remote for your stay. $100 replacement fee. You will get one front door key. $25 fee if not returned. No smoking property. No fires in the fireplace. Pet friendly, but there is a $90 per booking nonrefundable pet fee. If staying longer-term a $50 per month pet fee will be assessed at the beginning of the second month and each successive month. We have a dog run fenced area.
