House close to nature and the ocean

Town House in three floors located in cozy Nivå. Close to nature and just 10 minutes walk to a nice beach and Nivå harbour. Also, only 10 minutes walk to a train station from where you can be in Copenhagen city center in just 27 minutes. There is a small front yard, and a back yard with outside dining. Suitable for families, couples, dog owners and people who needs a quiet place to work. Dogs are allowed The space Three floor town house with a free, private parking spot. Ground floor: entrance, guest toilet, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped and also contains a Sage Espresso machine that makes a very good cup of coffee. A door out to a nice small backyard with outside dining space, bbq and a sun bed. 1st floor: master bedroom (a 180x200cm bed), second bedroom (a 140x200cm bed) and a bathroom. 2nd floor: A spacious living room with space for 6 persons and a view to a the lake (and the ocean). It is possible to sleep on the couch. Windows and electric sockets (the ones close to the floor) are equipped with safety locks. 2 bikes (one female, one male bike) are available for free upon request. From the garden there is directly access to a big common green area.
