It comes equipped split A/C heaters in each room, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer andTV's in each room with DISH network and internet. Front and back porches for watching sunrises and sunsets, and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere inside as well. The space 1 bedroom with Queen Bed. Couch converts to bed. One bathroom with double sinks, toilet room, shower with hold bars and bench, and large closet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Full size W/D. Fully fenced back yard with covered porch and full front porch with security lighting front and back. Guest access Complete guesthouse with parking in front. Other things to note We just want everyone aware that when you come to Tucson you need to drink lots of water! And look out for critters i.e. snakes, spiders, etc. Please use flashlights when going out in the evening and always be aware of your surroundings. Look before you step!
