The room has an external window, good lighting and ventilation, air conditioning, and the bathroom is outside the room and needs to be shared with another room. There are only two rooms on one floor, and there is another shared bathroom on the first floor. # The current situation is the same as the room type photo ~ ~ Guest access In addition to the reserved room, the common area on the first floor offers the following amenities: - Shared bathroom (each floor also has a shared bathroom) - Pantry: fridge, cold/hot water dispenser, cutlery, free coffee, tea bags - Small living room/dining table and chairs for 4 - Semi-open entryway area/dining table and chairs for two During your stay - Happy to help, share local beauty and travel experiences Other things to note Important information and rules, please read carefully before booking: 1. Based on the type of accommodation and the safety of the environment, only young travelers aged 18-40 are allowed to stay. Minors and elderly travelers are not allowed to book. 2. Check-in time: 16:00-18:30 (no check-in after 18:30 and the order will be canceled, no refund), must book a day in advance. - Please note that there is no receptionist on site during non-appointment hours. - Early arrival, luggage storage is possible (appointment required) - Check-out time: before 10:30am 3. No elevator. Guests with large luggage, please consider (stairs are steep and small). No parking lot, there are four paid parking lots nearby within 1-5 minutes walk 4. This room type is for a maximum of 1 person. 5. Please note: This room type offers a shared bathroom ~ 6. Strictly no smoking allowed in the indoor space. 7. There will be a living agreement to be followed during the stay. 8. To protect the safety and rights of other guests, visitors are not allowed. 9.
