Our small house with a unique and bright style of 40 m², tiny house type, located in the heart of the village of Aureilhan, 1.5 km from the lake, and 9 km from the fine sand of Mimizan beach. Very well served with its bike path and bakery 300 m away, and shopping malls less than 2 minutes away. The space Comfortable accommodation with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, large fridge-freezer). Living room with sofa bed, flat screen and Wi-Fi. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) Covered terrace of 27 m² with private hot tub accessible all year round, equipped with 46 jets, 18 air nozzles and light therapy for relaxing moments in always warm water. Guest access You have access to the entire home, inside + outside. Other things to note This accommodation is inspired by the spirit of tiny houses, while offering a slightly more generous volume. Its layout has been carefully designed to optimize space and comfort. Note: the staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for everyone. For your comfort, blackout curtains allow you to sleep in the dark. The base price includes accommodation for 2 people. Each additional person is charged €15 per night. Bedding is provided depending on the number of people booked: - For 2 people: linen provided for the double bed - For 3 people: linen provided for the double bed and a single bed etc... A hand towel is also provided per person. In July and August, rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday.
