Rose Haven Annex

Perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Medmenham half way between the stunning towns of Marlow and Henley on Thames. This self contained en-suite room with utility area has its own private access and outside seating. 5mins walk to the River Thames at the end of the Lane with wonderful riverside walks. Marlow with its amazing restaurants and coffee shops is 7 min drive as is Henley and Hambleden village with its pub in the opposite direction, there is plenty to do. The space A King size bed and en-suite. A delightful bright area attached to the main house but completely private. A separate utility room with a kettle, tea, coffee facilities, Microwave and a toaster. Bread, jam, milk etc available if needed. A large fridge freezer is available for use in the summerhouse in the garden. Your own private entrance with a boot area ideal for walkers. On sunny days sit outside with a coffee or glass of bubbles overlooking the cottage garden. A patio heater and fleecy blankets will keep you warm when the sun goes down. A Travel cot is available. Guest access Private entrance to the self contained annex Other things to note There is a large American fridge freezer in the summer house in the garden for your use. There isn’t a large fridge in the annex just a little one for milk etc. The local pub the Dog and Badger is currently closed due to a sink hole in its car park
