Our Villa has two private balconies, stunning ocean views an amazing outdoor pool surrounded by gardens and a beautiful dock for guests to enjoy. Inside you will find travertine tile, granite countertops and luxury throughout! Another amazing feature is our lovely open kitchen that is fully stocked and ready for amazing dinner parties with your friends and family! Our luxury villa is located within a secured complex of the Villas at Gibson Point. The condo was just recently finished in 2015 with Tile throughout the condo. The open upper living area has Granite counter-tops in the Kitchen and an under mount sink on the Kitchen island. The kitchen also boasts a 6 Burner gas stove and all the items you need for those times you may choose to cook. The living/dining room is surrounded by windows and a balcony that overlooks the pool and Ocean. With a sofa with a Queen size pull bed for lounging. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 people. You also ceiling fans and A/C if our tropical weather gets too hot for you. The Lower level has two bedrooms with their own in-suites. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and its own private balcony. The Master bath has granite counter tops and a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 Double beds with a granite counters and walk in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own ultra-quiet air conditioners. The villas at Gibson Point have their own private fresh water pool for your relaxation or floating in the pool with your favorite tropical cocktail. In the evening, sit out on our dock and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have and have cocktails with your fellow neighbors. In the mood to cook? Beer? Wine? Eggs? Coffee? Your favorite Snacks? Want your fridge fully stocked with everything you would like from the grocery story upon arrival? No problem! We are happy to offer this service to you for a fee of $40 dollars. You'll have everything unloaded and waiting for you at your Villa! **Please note** This service is subject to availability We are happy to assist in anyway while you are staying at one of our Villas. If we happen to be traveling at that time there will always be our property manager available to assist if a need arises. We have the best snorkeling and diving just off our dock! We are just down the beach from great restaurants, yoga, dive shops and from Anthonys Key Resort where the dolphin training is located. All within walking distance! You can have a lovely stroll down the beach and watch the dolphins every morning! Gibson Bight is an incredible neighborhood because it is only a 2 minute drive from west end but still private enough that you are not surrounded by cruise ship tourist. We recommend renting a car or scooter to enjoy all that the island has to offer as things are a bit spread out. Taxis are also reliable and an affordable option. If you need assistance we are happy to help! Often times we have a car available for rent. Just ask. We can also arrange transportation to and from the airport for you!
