French doors provide direct access to the backyard, enhancing indoor-outdoor living. All bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the second floor, ensuring privacy. Private Backyard has a large table for dining, hot tub, long pong, outdoor couch and infrared sauna. Parking: Guests are welcome to park one vehicle in the driveway. Also: Scripps Memorial and Scripps Green hospitals Guest access You will have exclusive access to the primary residence, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with its own private backyard for your enjoyment. (This residence is two stories and has stairs) all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second story. Please note: that there is a separate attached bottom unit with its own private entrance and has its own private backyard. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours and be mindful of noise levels including not running, jumping or loudness in the upstairs bedroom level. If you are traveling with infants or young children, we are happy to provide high chairs, toys, or other essentials upon request. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note Quiet hours: downstairs at 10pm. outside 9pm. Upstairs 9pm and. If you are in and out of the house often past 10pm, party, or stay up all hours of the night...this isn’t the house for you. There is a secondary unit onsite and we like to make sure to keep the property quiet at night. No extra guests beyond people approved on your reservation are allowed. If you would like to have visitors please ask the host first. This is our home so there may be a few personal items in cabinets and locked storage areas. We also have personal items we access in the separate garage (guests do not have access to the garage.) Guests may be asked by us to provide identification for adults staying in the home. Long term stays may be required to sign a lease for the dates of their stay. We don’t allow shoes inside the house. PET GUIDELINES: • Pets must be on a leash in all shared/public areas. • No pets on furniture, please. • Please clean your dog’s paws after being outdoors on rainy days. • The artificial grass is not a restroom —please help your dog get used to going potty in the designated areas: front yard dirt, backyard dirt, hillside, and side yard. (If dog uses fake grass as restroom there may be a replacement fee) • Until your pet knows where to go for the restroom we recommend keeping them leashed while outside. • Please use the retractable gate to keep pets on the lower floor instead of upstairs when possible. • Accidents indoors may require a professional cleaning fee or carpet replacement. • Dogs should not be left home alone inside for extended periods of time (a few hours should be okay).
