The space The house is set across three floors with generous space for up to 10 guests. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with AGA, two ovens, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, plus a breakfast table for six. The adjoining dining room seats ten and has a log burner for cosy meals. A large living room with smart TV, piano and second log burner seats 10–12. There’s also a day/playroom with TV and sofa ideal for children, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a downstairs shower room and toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms: a master with superking zip-and-link bed and en suite, a double bedroom with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, and a third large double room with a zip-and-link bed and access to the same Jack and Jill shower room. The second floor features vaulted ceilings with low beams and two further bedrooms, both with superking zip-and-link beds and en suite shower rooms. All zip-and-link beds can be made into singles upon request, offering flexibility for different group configurations (up to 8 singles plus 1 double). Outdoors, the farmhouse enjoys a large, well-kept garden with a patio area for al fresco dining, surrounding woodland and a safely fenced pond. Ample parking is available in the private yard.
