Please be advised of the BUILDING House Rules & Guidelines: 1. Swimming Pool is closed every Monday for disinfection & cleaning. Accessible by guest from Tue to Fri only, except holidays. Kindly register at the front desk before using the pool. ~Free access for first 3 guests, succeeding is P300 per head.~ 2. Trash collection is 9:00 AM to 12NN and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 3. No Tampering of Elevators controls. Press only your designated floors. 4. No Smoking/Vaping, a penalty will be incurred for violators. 5. Spa usage is Php300/hr. NOTE: ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND IDs OF EACH GUEST FOR PROPER ENDORSEMENT TO ADMIN & CONCIERGE. NO ID, NO ENTRY. Disclaimer: We, the Host, reserves the right to modify guest access without prior notice. All guests and the HOST must abide to the Building Administration's guidelines at ALL times. Other things to note 1. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit at ALL times. 2. Handle all our towels & linens with care. Please note that quantity of towels and bed linens will be provided based on the guest headcount in your booking. Additional and replacement to which comes with a laundry fee. 3. To maintain cleanliness of the unit, we recommend cleaning service for long term (up to 4 nights) guests for a fee of Php 700/night. 4. Please check our amenity lists for the available things to use inside our place, if not in the list, message us and we'll do our best to provide you what you need but please, manage your expectations. 5. Washing machine is available for guest/s staying over 3 Nights. 6. Netflix is already setup for your binge-watching. If not logged in, please press sign in and send us the QR Code. However, we use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests. For uninterrupted binge watching, please feel free to use your own account and do not forgot to sign out upon checking out. 7. ALL GUEST/S/VISITORS MUST BE DECLARED. Undeclared guests and visitors will be denied entry by the reception. It is a building protocol we need to abide. 8. All guests and visitors must be registered before arrival. Unregistered individuals will be denied entry by reception in line with building protocol. Unexpected visitors arriving at or after 11:00 PM will incur a charge of ₱300 per person. NOTE: We are online from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM to address inquiries and concerns. We will respond promptly in case of emergencies. 9. Pay parking in the building can be availed at Php 600/night. Availability of said parking slot is in first-to-pay basis and must be booked in advance before checkin for smooth entrance. Parking Slot is SUBJECT to availability upon confirmation of your booking. You can message us first before booking for guaranteed slot as carpark is limited in the building. 10. The accommodation will not be held liable for any accidents resulting from customer negligence. 11. Our Airbnb is located inside a residential building. On rare occasions, building maintenance or construction may occur. Permitted construction hours are 10:00 AM–12:00 NN and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM. As this is beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding for possible construction noises. 12. Please note that this is not a hotel but a private unit within a residential building. The building’s concierge/reception is not authorized to handle guest concerns or requests. For any assistance, kindly contact your host directly, and we’ll be happy to help.
