Welcome to our home! We (David and Marisa) are renting out a room in our apartment. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared spaces. You can relax wonderfully with a cool drink on the balcony overlooking the backyard. We look forward to seeing you! :-) Note: With the windows open, airplanes can be clearly heard between 6:00 AM and midnight. The space Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house in a pleasant neighborhood in Ostfildern. You will have your own room. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared. You can find your room behind the kitchen. The balcony is outside the apartment, opposite the apartment door. During your stay Before and after your stay, we prefer communication via the Airbnb chat because both of us receive notifications and can respond more quickly.
