Plenty of cooking utensils and pots/ pans. Quality glass ware, Denby crockery and cutlery. We supply cleaning and washing up products for your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board and clothes airer. Living/ Dining Room Perfect for cosy evenings in, the living space is decorated in William Morris design and has a large sofa and chair with plenty of cushions. This beautiful bedroom with new soft carpet boasts a beach view window. Wake up to the sound of the sea in our traditional queen sized bed with new mattress and designer bed linen by Harlequin. Chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables facilitate all your belongings. Bedroom 2 Beach themed. This cosy bedroom has 2 single beds with new mattresses and fresh joules bedding. Chest of drawers and a beside table facilitate all your belongings. Bedroom 3 1 single bed with joules bedding, new mattress and a chest of drawers. Bathroom A calming design, the bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin. Toilet paper, hand soap and towels supplied. Hallway Beautiful hallway with view of the beach, opening into the garden. With a wooden floor and ulster carpet runner, this stunning space leads into the bedrooms. Hallway cupboard contains hoover and coat hooks for your coats. Outdoor Barn Area The garage space contains a washing machine for guests to use. Outside Space A peaceful and beautiful space with good sized garden. Guests can enjoy unlimited view of the sea from the garden and new patio area. Seating provided and bbq area. You have access to the lane down to the property which can be used for walking onto the beach also. You can access the beach from the garden of the bungalow. The location makes this property truly unique and is the perfect place to escape from the rest of the world. Parking Cars can be parked at the front. Parking area fits 2 cars. Guest access Full access to the property and surrounding lane ways. Other things to note Please note that this property is suitable for 5 guests maximum, including children. If maximum occupancy is found to be exceeded. you will be asked to leave immediately. No events/parties. Guest names must be supplied at booking in accordance with UK legislation. This is a strictly no-smoking property-no smoking/vaping in or within 5 metres of the bungalow . Additional charges may be levied if this is not adhered to. The use of illegal substances will lead to your stay being immediately terminated.
