We don’t auto approve your request as we ask a few simple questions first. The space Enjoy the whole front of my house to yourself, a beautiful decking area with 2 hanging chairs to lounge away your day. Relax in the Hamptons style bedroom with mirrored robes a comfortable queen bed or watch TV in the separate lounge room with all the conveniences of home. Kitchenette only but includes a Coffee machine, fridge, kettle and toaster. (Please note there is no cooking facilities besides the microwave and toaster) Open the bifold doors and the lounge room extends into the decking area. Enjoy an expansive bathroom with quality toiletries. Please note for longer stays there is no access to a laundry, but there are several laundromats close by. Guest access The space includes a separate bedroom, lounge room, bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge converts to a queensize bed for the extra guest. The sofa bed is available for use, but is not set up for every stay. Please let us know if you require the usage of the sofa bed for your stay and we will make this up for you and it will be an additional $20 for linen laundering for your entire stay. (Not per night). Unfortunately if you do not let us know that you want to use the sofa bed for your stay ahead of time we will not have the linen or sofa bed made up for you. The decking area is covered with vines for shade and access is via path in front of the home so you have complete privacy. I will only be in contact if you need me. The two areas of the home are totally separated by an external grade door which is locked at all times. Other things to note The space is rented mainly for 2 people but has the capacity for 3 with the extra cost of $20 per person per night. The sofa bed is available for use, but is not set up for every stay. Please note we do not think our accommodation is suitable for young children, it is not child proof and we do not provide anything for children. (Porter cot, high chair, plastic plates, bowls & cutlery etc) if you wish to book and you have a young child please let us know the age of the child/children so we can assess if our studio will be suitable. Upon requesting to book we will ask you to provide copies of photo ID 48 hours before check in. We don’t require to see your address or your drivers license or passport numbers. This is purely to ensure the person booking is the person who checks into the studio. If you aren’t comfortable with this we are happy to meet in person upon check in to see the ID. If you aren’t prepared to accept this then we unfortunately will not take your booking. I have a beautiful Labrador who is quiet 90% of the time but you may hear him at times on my end of the house. There is not access to private parking, there is public street parking a short walk (less than a 100 metres) away only.
