The Birdhouse Cottage in Point Clark

Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark. The space Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, 2 bedrooms have a closet + dresser. Bathroom is equipped with towels and toilet paper (please bring personal hygiene items). The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make meals (dishes, cutlery, knives, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar packets, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kettle). Laundry is available for the guest to use, extra laundry pods and dryer sheets are available if needed, as well as extra linens. Other things to note This cottage is in Point Clark - not Ripley, even though the address shows Ripley. You will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Please note that during the summer months the bugs can be VERY bad, you are by the lake, there are a lot of trees, please be prepared for bugs. Cottage is on a septic system * IMPORTANT* please do not flush anything other than naturals down the toilet or sink.
