Apartment 6 is on the second floor (please note there is no lift in the building!)and overlooks and lovely Tankerness House Gardens next door. There are two double bedrooms with ample space and storage for your belongings. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped and has a double oven, microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. Living area has large picture window and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there is a Smart TV with freeview & DVD player, a bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi access. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. The apartment has one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge. Also supplied in each apartment: hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer (plenty of room for drying in spacious hot cupboard). Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided). Guest access The property is on the second floor - please note there are no lifts.. Guest access is via an outside door leading to a numbered key safe. On collecting your keys, you will have access to our locked inside door and stairway leading you to your apartment which is on the left hand side.
