Small table available that seats 4. Other chairs available in entry way. Bedrooms are set up with queen size bed (Sterns and Foster with pillow top mattress), a dresser and closet. All sleeping accommodations provided from fan, heater, multiple pillows, comfy sheets and plenty of blankets if needed. Living room area has a 46-inch television with Roku for entertainment (YouTube TV). Large front yard to set up your own games and seating area. Tiki area built out of a lean-to providing covering for nice evenings outside to enjoy fresh air. Perfect for small gatherings. Located on the snowmobile and ATV trails. Dog park is located across the road. Garage available for small storage and small car parking if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property including large front yard, tiki area, two kayaks, massage chair, board games, outdoor yard games, fire pit with seating. There is a new Gotham Park Sports Center that we have all the equipment for: basketballs, pickleball rackets, tennis ball rackets, balls, and ball pump are all available. Other things to note Cozy little home with a large front yard and outdoor area. Set within perfect distance to downtown to allow access to all of city of Chetek events.
