Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone. The space Note this is a really substantial house with several stairs to get between the multiple levels. Note we have a strict no party policy and sound must be kept to a minimum, especially at night. This policy is non-negotiable. Enjoy your privacy as there is nobody else living on the property and you have full access. Self check-in is super easy 24/7 given the easy to use smart lock. Our property manager lives nearby if ever required. The house is pet friendly. We just ask that you please let us know via chat and keep pets out of the carpeted bedrooms + off the furniture :-) The house is kid friendly with a highchair and plastic plates, bowls and cutlery and kid safe doors. The house has brand new reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, including in each of the bedrooms. The main living area has comfortable seating and a brand new 85" UHD 4K Samsung TV. It has the latest Apple TV 4K box connected with paid subscriptions to Apple TV+, Netflix, Binge, Disney, Stan, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Premium, Sky News, plus all the local channels. The second living area (cinema room) with another massive tv (brand new 75" Sony 4K 200hz) with an Apple TV 4K box all the paid subscriptions, the latest PlayStation 5 Pro with VR2, Xbox Series X, a Nintendo Switch with 4 player Mario Kart, and Dolby Atmos Surround Sound. The perfect place for gaming or movie nights or to play virtual reality games. We have provided a 2 person kayak and 2 person canoe with life jackets, that you can put in the water from the private jetty. The house has a fully stocked library with a range of fiction and non-fiction books, plus games like Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno and Chess. Every room of the house has extensive uninterrupted views of the Brisbane Waters, all the way across to Palm Beach Lighthouse. There are several lovely walks. The house is fitted out with Philips Hue smart globes so you can adjust lighting to your preferred settings. We provide high end Bed Threads french linen bedding and cotton towels for all guests. All four queen bedrooms have electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan and extensive water views. The top level retreat has two brand new king single beds with electric blankets in separate private areas, reverse cycle air conditioning and extensive water views. We only set up the 5th bedroom if the house is booked for 9 or 10 people. One of the queen bedrooms has a new Kmart travel cot. Bedding and towels are provided for all beds. Just bring bedding for the cot if you plan to use it. The front balcony has comfortable undercover outdoor dining for 10 people, plus a comfortable undercover outdoor lounge area, family size gas Weber BBQ and gas Ooni Pizza oven. Sliding doors open this section to the main living / kitchen area and the roof opens electronically. The house features a pool table and table tennis table. The house also has a separate indoor dining room with marble table. We provide a high chair for kids along with plastic plates, bowls, cutlery and cot for young kids. The kitchen is clean and functional, has a dishwasher, brand new 2 door fridge, stove, rice cooker, air fryer, deep fryer, Smeg oven, induction cooktop and all the essential equipment/plates/dishes/glasses/etc. We also provide oil, salt, pepper and some other basics. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and gardens, including private jetty. Note this is a very large house with multiple levels and a lot of stairs. Other things to note The house is surrounded by Bouddi National Park and Brisbane Water National Park. If you have a boat, you can drive out to Ettalong, or get Fish and Chips in no time. 5 mins drive from the house you will find Bulgandry Aboriginal Stone Carvings, which vary from 200-2000 years old. We recommend visiting at sunrise or sunset. It is an easy 5 min walk from the parking area. There are several amazing bushwalks including along the headland from Maitland Bay to Putty Beach and The Great North Walk. Registration Details PID-STRA-54222
