Welcome to our inviting, tropical oasis right in Wilton Manors, a vibrant LGBTQ+ community that is also a short drive to the beach! From the moment you walk in, your senses will unwind into vacation mode with the feeling of being at a resort. Freshly updated, the indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly with well-appointed amenities, modern tropical design and comfort. A great escape to work remotely or simply relax on vacation with friends and family to create lasting memories at Lush Palms! The space My husband Sameer and I bought this vacation home in January 2018 as our getaway from Boston. We visit often, and recently renovated to make it our "personal oasis" while keeping guests’ comfort and needs in mind . We hope you enjoy the clean interiors with unique tropical accents surrounded by lush exterior landscaping. The fully-equipped spaces (both inside and out) are comfortable for extended stays working remotely while having a relaxing and fun vacation at Lush Palms! Guest access The entire property (1400 square feet interior and 8500 square feet exterior) is for your enjoyment while respecting our neighbors as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. The lush landscaping in front and back yards offers plenty of privacy. Other things to note 1. Must be 25 years old or older to book 2. Photo ID of person who made reservation is required before door access code is activated. 3. Property is not child safe or wheelchair friendly. 4. High Speed Internet from Xfinity 5. Alarm security system 6. Ring doorbell and security camera at front do not look into any interior spaces. 7. Owner's car occupies 1/2 of the carport. 8. Pool heat set to 80 degrees F is included in the base booking rates. We charge an additional pool heat fee of $30/day (minimum 4 days) to increase pool temperature up to 85 degrees. Notify the owner 2 days prior to desired dates for extra heat to arrange separate payment and scheduling pool temperature. During cold weather pool may not reach set temperature. 9. Spa is at pool temperature until guest turns the spa on. Allow about 3 hours for spa to reach 99 degree F setting. 10. AC thermostat has a minimum setting of 68 degrees F. Florida humidity can cause air handlers to freeze up and stop working. Guests must keep windows and doors closed while AC is running to prevent this. 11. Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room allow streaming from any of your online subscriptions. No regular cable TV service. 12. Our base nightly rate is for up to 3 people and we charge $25/night for each additional guest up to the maximum of 6 people (includes children, friends and family members).
