Charming Safety Harbor Room! Walk to Downtown!

Our charming home in Safety Harbor, FL: We are a 4 block walk to the Safety Harbor Spa & Main Street! Your space: -Private room with Queen bed, closet -32" TV in room w/ FireStick with Netflix / Prime (No Cable) -Hardwood floors -Private bathroom (not ensuite, but you will be the only one using, adjacent to bedroom) Shared spaces with us: -Laundry -Living Room with TV (Only Netflix) -Kitchen (stove, refrigerator, etc) -Screened Patio off Kitchen (great for morning coffee) -Fenced Backyard The space We are a young professional couple opening up our extra bedroom in our quaint house to guests. We love to travel and enjoy helping others make the best of their travels. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we will help out the best we can! -We have a 3 year old chocolate lab. She is very friendly, loves to play, and is a medium-large 65 lb dog. We limit her to our room and common areas. -We are a 4 block walk from the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa and downtown Safety Harbor -Your own dogs are welcome with approval. Limited to small-medium breeds that are friendly with other dogs. We charge a small pet fee of $20. -We have a laundry room with washer and dryer you are welcome to use if needed. -We have a fenced in back yard and screened in patio that is lovely for morning coffee or tea, or perfect for a nightcap! -There is plenty of street parking available in the area. Available Kitchen Items: -Coffee Pot (we make coffee every morning) -Stove -Toaster -Espresso Machine -Pots & Pans -Refrigerator -Dishes/Kitchenware Guest access Guests have access to their own room and bathroom. We will share use of our living room and kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy our screened in lanai and backyard as well. We have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use if needed. The only spaces off limits are our bedroom and storage shed. During your stay We are willing to interact as little or much as desired. We love to give recommendations on places to visit around the Tampa area, but understand the need for privacy. Other things to note If you prefer to keep to yourself, please let us know, we won't be offended. My wife and I come and go during the day so we will see you around. Huna, our dog, will bark and enthusiastically greet you as she loves people and gets very excited. She calms down once she gets familiar with you. She will likely bring you all her toys to show you if you are in our living room.
