You will be hosted by a young team devoted to delivering the best service possible in term of lodging. The space Our building includes private apartments of 3 bedrooms each, all with same style: AppartAli Style. Once IN, you will have the feeling of: Ohhhh Home Sweet Home!!! We have designed our units according to the travelers needs: Big Living Spaces, AC & Heaters, Private Garage, Modern furnitures, Very well equipped kitchens, Furnished Terraces, Inside-Wifi, TV with international Channels and so on Guest access AppartAli team is reachable from the day of booking to the day of check out. On site or through Airbnb and different Apps, we will be here to assist you with everything you need during your stay. Other things to note You will be given one of the properties posted in the pictures. We offer many in the same building, all 3 bedrooms each, same style of furnitures and different colors. There is a possibility of upgrading your booking by choosing an Upper floor with an even better view. There will be an extra of 400 MAD per night paid Upon Check in Via Airbnb. Quick and straight to the point rules :) - Moroccan Passports: it is mandatory to show a marriage certificate if mixed adults are to be in the same apartment at any time. - All Apartments include terraces, feel free to smoke outside only. - Calm Hours: any kind of noise is forbidden during calm hours (from 8pm to 9am) - Music, Late discussions during the night and so on. - Visits: It is possible to have Family Visits only during the day. No access without ID at the reception. It is mandatory to: - Sign a rental contract upon check in according to Moroccan laws - Present a valid government ID. This is a very respectful place, not the right apartment for PARTY and making la vida loca. If so, authorities will be directly involved. If requested, we offer: - EUR €45 ride from the airport to the apartment. - EUR €79 car tour of all must sees of Casablanca. This will help you to plan out and make the most of your stay. I will also provide you with a guide of all “places to be” and “home manual” 3 days before your arrival. - IF ONE OF THE DAYS OF YOUR STAY PERIOD IS NOT AVAILABLE, CHECK MY OTHER HOMES. I WILL ARRANGE THE HOME-TRANSFER PROCESS FREELY.
