Apartment in Independent House (App. Two)

Welcome to the Apartments "Maneggio Gaviano" The rustic country stone house is located near the town of Matzaccara in south-west Sardinia. Close to the great flat water kitesurf spot Punta Trettu. (3 minutes by car) The three seperate units share a garden, but each have separate terraces. The house is part of the property of the stables "Maneggio Gaviano". It is ideal for your kitesurfing or horseback riding holidays in Sardinia or for exploring southern Sardinia. The space The apartment is private accommodation in a custic little Sardinian country house. All three units share the large garden, but each has its own terrace. One of this apartments is used by us. We are renting longterm and help with the rental of the other two apartments. The garden is shared with our two little quite dogs. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The apartment consists of a very large main room that serves as a kitchen, dining room and living room. Adjacent is a spacious double bedroom. As well as a bathroom with shower. Outside there is seating in the garden and on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook. Towels and bed linen as well as blankets and pillows are provided. If necessary, the washing machine can also be used (shared with the other two apartments) !!We have two small (quite) dogs that will be using the garden. So you will meet them Buio and Chinola. Other things to note The garden is shared. As is the washing machine. This is located on the terrace of Apartment DUE. The house has three apartments, one of which is occupied by the hosts.
