Nestled, right behind Thunderbird Conservation Park Trail there makes this an amazing weekend getaway and short drive to State Farm Stadium, The space This is a guest house in a gated community. Entrance is from an RV gate. Guests are permitted one vehicle parking with no exceptions for more parking. No garage access. Guests are to use the guesthouse only and do not have access to the main yard or swimming pool. One bed and bath down stairs and 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. No trailers, RV vehicles or large trucks or vans permitted. Quiet hours enforced past 9pm. Guest access Guest house only. No use of yard or pool permitted. Outside parking only with a maximum of 1 vehicle. No trailers or RV Vehicles permitted. No street parking just driving way that only fits 1 car. No garage access
