Welcome to ENKA127: a luxurious double studio in a characteristic monument, located on the creative ENKA site in Ede. Once the medical service of the old artificial silk factory, now your comfortable design hideaway. And yes: under your feet is a former fallout shelter. The space Special place, special atmosphere ENKA Studio 127 is located in a monumental building with industrial charm. Underground you will find an old fallout shelter, now converted into an exciting VR Escaperoom – well worth a visit. In the same building you will also find De Proefzaak, a cozy tasting room with craft beers and comfort food from the region. Perfect if you don't want to cook for a while. Your studio: bright, spacious and all yours Scandinavian interior: sleek design with a warm touch. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit Fully equipped kitchen (pans, dishes, kitchen utensils) Cozy sitting area with TV and dining table Sleeping loft with premium double bed and fresh bedding Includes: washing machine, dryer, fast WiFi Please note: you cannot stand upright on the loft. But the bed is wonderful. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests. Rest & Respect To ensure a good night's sleep for everyone, we ask that you keep the noise level down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. A calm and relaxed atmosphere is important to all of us. Visitors For your safety and that of other guests, only registered guests are allowed to enter the accommodation. We ask that you not invite visitors without prior permission from us. Drug policy The use of drugs is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Smoking Our accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors. To keep the space pleasant for everyone, smoking indoors is not allowed. In case of violation, we will charge a fine of €250. Parties & Events Our accommodation is a place to relax, not to party. Large groups or events are not allowed. In the event of nuisance or complaints, we are forced to take measures.
