I offer guests a nice, bright, fully furnished two-room apartment on the second floor. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a corridor, and a balcony. Apartment located a stone's throw from Legnano train station, 20 minutes from Malpensa airport, 15 minutes from Rho Fiera, and 30 minutes from Milan. The area features supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a bar, and various shops. Guests have access to parking in the enclosed courtyard. LIUC and Ospedale Nuovo hospital are six minutes away. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a condo building. Guests can park their car inside the large courtyard. When you enter the apartment, you'll find an entrance with a shoe rack, hangers, and a red coffee table. The LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN is very nice and bright with a double sofa bed, a table with four chairs, a sideboard with different types of glasses and cups, plates, cutlery, a pressure cooker, and pots and pans of various sizes. You can also find a 43-inch TV, and on request I will also provide an adjustable high chair for children aged 3 months to 4 years old. The appliances include a Nespresso coffee machine, a traditional coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, and a blender. From the kitchen, guests can access the balcony, where you'll find a coffee table with 2 chairs. The bedroom is very large, with a huge wardrobe with sliding doors, bedside tables, dresser, and a bed with a very comfortable, new, memory-foam mattress. Here you will find a second 43-inch HD TV, plus a desk with a chair. On request, I also provide a baby bed, a mattress, and all necessary bed sheets. The windows of the whole house are fitted with mosquito nets and blinds. There are additional blankets in the apartment for the winter, plus a humidifier on each heater. Sheets and towels are made of 100% pure cotton. The BATHROOM includes a shower stall, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. A washing machine and a dryer are exclusively available for guests. You will find a welcome kit with various products, plus a hairdryer. All the instructions for using the appliances can be found in the yellow binder above the shoe rack in the entrance.
