The space The villa has the following amenities: - Master bedroom with floating king bed, AC and a closet (2nd Floor) - Secondary bedroom with 2 bunk beds- 1 Full bed and 3 individual beds, AC and a closet (2nd Floor) - 2 full bathrooms w/hot water (upstairs and downstairs) - Fully equipped kitchen - Living room with single sofa bed - Wifi - Fiber optic (50 MBPs) - Decks and outdoor terraces - Fire pit with charcoal grill - Free, gated and secure parking - Game Room - Structural pool - Outdoor shower - Large gardens Guest access The guests will have full access to all the amenities of Rosibel Caribbean Villas. Other things to note Extra guests: The published prices are for 5 people, Any person after that would be $20 per extra per person per night. Pets: We are pet friendly, we accept a maximum of 2 pets per stay and charge an additional fee of $15 per pet. We only ask that they comply with the following rules: - Do not let them on the furniture or beds. - Do not put them in the pool. - Pick up their waste. Cleaning: We have the option of coordinating cleanings for longer stays if the guest requires it, they have a cost of $30 per cleaning and it is requested to coordinate with a minimum of 24 hours.
