Keep it simple at this lovely beachfront location. 6th floor studio. Fabulous Ocean views of the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island. Free, unlimited high speed 100Mbps WIFI. Everything you could want for your relaxing holiday. Plenty of eating and drinking options within walking distance. Close to the nightclubs, Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal and Casino complex. Studio is made up for your arrival, nothing to do but enjoy yourselves. 24HR easy check in. We have our own key box at Aquarius. The space Building is The Aquarius on the Beach. This is a privately owned unit, on the 6th Floor, within the complex. We are not affiliated with Aquarius Hotel management. Direct beach access, less than 100m from the front door of the complex, all photos taken within the unit. Free unlimited and fast 100Mbps Wifi. Well suited to be used as a quiet workspace or a relaxing holiday. 32 inch TV with free Netflix, Prime Video and Kayo. Unrestricted panoramic Ocean and Island Views from the balcony. Clean and comfortable, 24 hour Hassle Free Self check-in. All linen plus pool towels. Queen size Bed. Coffee Plunger and coffee, tea, chocolate drinks. Fully Air Conditioned with a quiet split system Your own private bathroom/toilet within the studio. Comfortable couch. Full size fridge/freezer. Basic Kitchenette, consists of a microwave, toaster, kettle and a sandwich grill. Cutlery and crockery. Laundry basket and laundry detergent. Full laundry with plenty of washing machines and dryers located on the first floor (coin laundry wash $4) On site Pool with sun lounges. Companies looking to accommodate workers are welcome. Longer stays possible at certain times, please enquire. Guest access You have full use of the Unit and all Building facilities, including the Pool. There is limited free on-site parking, first come first served, with access from The Strand in the front of the building, or Mitchell Street from the rear. Mitchell Street access has restricted access hours from 2pm to 5am, with a locked security gate during that time. We will email FULL entry details, and anything else that pops up, to you 48-96 hours prior to your arrival. Tax Invoices can be supplied if required. Other things to note Sorry we do not allow children or pets. The building is totally non smoking, including the balcony. We have a strict no party policy.
