Linens provided and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located close to shopping, Park Meadows Mall, restaurants galore! . NO pets/smoking. Privately owned Professionally managed! The space This first floor unit has no stairs. Cozy and light inside, you should only need to bring food and clothes! Though the kitchen and bathroom have not been remodeled yet, our condo is clean and comfortable! Providing you a home-away-from-home, so you can relax, prepare meals, and have EZ access to everything Colorado has to offer! Guest access The complex has a seasonal heated outdoor pool open from 8am - 10 pm May-September Parking is available inside the complex. RVs, boats and trailers are not allowed. There are two gas BBQ grills on the property for your use. Other things to note Please know that smoking is not allowed in the condo. If you are a smoker you MUST leave the building completely to smoke. Due to accidents and allergies we do not allow pets in our condos. Sorry, We are not 4/20 friendly (marijuana smoking/vaping) , anywhere in our complex!
