Main Cottage Downstairs you have a small porch leading to a comfortable lounge with a Neptune corner sofa, log burner and modern flat-screen frame TV. Enjoy a relaxing evening after a long day or a board game from the games cupboard. Kitchen A large kitchen dinner with quartz worktops, fully integrated kitchen and island and a solid oak french dining table to seat 6. Garden Bifold doors open onto the large private garden with a 12 ft trampoline, Weber BBQ and outdoor seating area. Cinema Room/Office Leading off the kitchen is a separate cinema room & a remote working office space - with 52 inch TV with surround sound, Herman Miller height adjustable desk and chair. A downstairs WC. Upstairs 3 bedrooms - accommodating a luxury king-size, and 2 comfortable double beds with Emma Mattresses, TVs, dressing tables and lamps. Soak away your stresses in the roll-top bath, or use the walk-in shower and WC. Second wing offers a second lounge and kitchen area with dining table and full fitted kitchen and bifold doors leading to a small courtyard. Upstairs there is a large super king comfortable bed and bathroom with roll top bath. Parking Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars plus free on street parking for additional cars, an electric car charger. Traders Cottage is extremely well laid out and flexible accommodation; ideal for a family of 8, couples or friends. Travel cots & high chairs are also available. Guest access Access to the whole property, garden and driveway Other things to note We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay: Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed. The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture. No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs. However, internet and utility services are provided by third-party suppliers, and occasional outages beyond our control may occur.
