Mouffet Shelter

This 70 m² gîte is located on our 1.5 ha living space. Ideally located in the middle of historical sites (30 min from Bayeux, 40 min from Caen, 1 hour from Mont St Michel, 45 min from the landing beaches and 40 min to the nearest beach), you will have the choice between visits, nature, beaches and cities! If you just want to slow down or disconnect from your daily life, everything has been thought out in this regard and our large garden will most likely help you. The space The kitchen is located on the ground floor and the living room on the first floor as well as the bedroom. In this room, you will find a 2m x 2m bed (very high-end mattress) as well as two single beds (90 x 190 cm). For those who want more privacy, the sofa is convertible into a bed (140 x 190) and can be used as a bed (preferably for children). The bathroom is also on the first floor, equipped with a sink, a large shower and a toilet. A wardrobe with a closet side and a dresser are available to you. As for the outdoors, a table and chairs will be available to you. We share almost all of our garden/fields with you. Some of our animals are free to roam, and you can visit those in enclosures. Our priority is to promote biodiversity as much as possible. We therefore practice differentiated mowing (only paths remain mowed), and will ask you to pay attention to waste management, in particular through compost and selective sorting. Other things to note We can have a basket of organic vegetables prepared for you from a small local producer worth €10/€15/€20 or more, of your choice (at your expense, to be paid to us upon arrival) To do so, please let us know before Wednesday evening, as we collect them on Thursday afternoon. In case of late arrival, we can have a cheese/charcuterie platter with bottle (wine, cider or apple juice) prepared for you in a local dairy. Rate based on the number of people.
