We have two double bedrooms available, both with comfy beds and own big screen TV. Close to the A27 and about 15 minutes drive to Brighton centre. Free off street parking for up to 2 cars. Small well kept garden to the rear. Guests will have access to our large through lounge, kitchen diner with all usual amenities, shower room, bathroom and under stair WC. Our quiet suburban area is less than a mile from a Lidl and small Tesco. You are welcome to cook and use all the facilities. We live and sleep at the top of the house but the rest of the place is available for your enjoyment. During your stay We live on site but out of the way at the top of house. We will be about if you need any assistance but also won’t encroach on your space.
