The space McManus House sits on an incredible tree-lined, ½ acre lot and is easily the best location in the Village; beachfront on the warm & calm waters of Gull Lake (which also has an incredible playground), and a just a couple minutes walking distance to the convenience store and the marina. The roads are quiet and country, with many peaceful paths throughout the neighborhood perfect for morning or after dinner walks. The main floor has a huge dining area & a kitchen that walks out to the large patio; this makes outdoor dining a breeze in summer! The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings with massive skylights. It’s got plenty of space to visit, play games, read, do puzzles, and more! There’s another comfy common for lounging off the kitchen, and another large media/playroom/toy room that can easily serve as a 5th sleeping area. Each bedroom has vaulted ceilings and can each easily & comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 small children. So if you’re planning a trip with a couple of families, this is the PERFECT set-up.
