Sancerre: Lovely furnished house rented renovated in 2025, At the foot of Sancerre, facing the Loire, close to all shops, its windows overlook a nature reserve for birds. Enclosed courtyard. Less than 2 hours from Paris, close to Sancerre, Chavignol, golf, canoeing, swimming pools... Ideal for relaxing, for a weekend or vacation. We can provide you with sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels for a package of 25 euros per stay (to be given on arrival). In this case, we will ask you to leave the linen used in plain sight on the ground floor at the end of your stay. We can also lend you an umbrella bed. Otherwise, we only provide mattress covers and pillow covers. You will therefore need to bring your bed linen (one bed 140 cm wide, duvet 220 x 240 cm, pillows 65 x 65 cm; two beds 90 cm wide, duvets 140 x 200, pillows 65 cm x 65 cm) and your towels. In the heart of a village located close to Sancerre, elected favorite village of the French, the house, full of charm, has direct views of the wild Loire and a small enclosed courtyard overlooking the Loire. It consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with a nice functional fireplace (sleeps 1 to 2), an open kitchen and separate toilet with integrated sink. Upstairs, two independent bedrooms (four beds) the first of which has a beautiful direct view of the Loire and the second, with two windows, a more lateral view, and a bathroom with toilet refurbished in 2025 (sink, shower, toilet, washing machine). In the village of Saint Thibault sur Loire and close to all shops (bakery three minutes walk away), its windows overlook a nature reserve for the Loire birds. The area is beautiful and largely unknown. Less than two hours from Paris by train (Tracy sur Loire / Tracy Sancerre station) or by car, the change of scenery is guaranteed, for a weekend or a week. Summer pool in the village (swimming lesson possible in summer) and Belleville sur Loire pool, tennis 5 minutes' walk away (possibility of tennis training in summer, by reservation), equestrian centers (internships possible during all school holidays), Saint Satur golf, go-karting, bowling, pubs... Numerous opportunities for walks and hikes by foot or by bike (GR, bike paths, Loire by bike...). The house is located right in front of the Loire bike path. Line fishing, canoeing down the Loire (make a reservation, especially with the company Loire, nature, discovery; swimsuit, picnic, and straw hats recommended!), flying over the Sancerre in a hot air balloon (especially from Boulleret), visits to goat farms (the black beast in Ménétréol), cellars (Fleuriet in Verdigny), etc. In the immediate vicinity: Sancerre (visit to the medieval city - cellars - crottins) - Pouilly-sur-Loire (Caves) - Verdigny (cellars) - Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye (Potteries) Guédelon (Château-Fort under construction) - Sons and lights (Spectacle de Saint-Fargeau, Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses).
