Room 305 is a cozy, private third floor (no elevator) bedroom with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). The window is in the front of the Inn overlooking Cottage Street. The room has a vintage headboard (original fireplace), a chair, a desk, floor-to-floor carpeting, high ceilings with a fan, an eave, a dresser, and private bath with shower. Each room is also equipped with central air, a flat panel TV, ice bucket, and hairdryer. The third floor also has its own private sitting area with a microwave and small refrigerator. Guest access Shared facility access: onsite parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, front porch, library, workspace, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ice machine. During your stay The Inn is typically open from 8am to 7pm. However, site managers reside on the premises in case of an emergency. Also, late check-ins can be accommodated - coordinating with the office beforehand. Other things to note 1) We are steps away from the best breakfast spots in downtown Bar Harbor. As such, we do not serve breakfast but do offer complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day. 2) The inn has three floors of guest rooms, and we do not have an elevator. So, please do keep that in mind when booking rooms, #301 - #305.
