Cozy studio bungalow apartment perfect for surfers and beach-goers, a half block from the Malecon and Ola Verde Cuyutlan. Also a short drive to Pascual and other surf beaches. Air conditioner, Starlink wifi, kitchenette with microwave. Smart TV. Only 30 minutes from Manzanillo, this volcanic sand beach village is quiet and uncrowded. With dozens of beach restaurants to choose from, it's the perfect spot for surfers and couples that want to avoid the crowds in the bigger beach cities. The space This is an efficient studio bungalow with a full bathroom, small kitchen, and comfortable queen size bed. The building isn't fancy, but location is everything! A very quiet place to stay (although holidays and special events can get noisy in the village with celebrations and fun-seekers on the Malecon, which is just 1/2 block away!) Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment. There is a simple rooftop with great ocean and village views. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset with a cold beer or margarita! Other things to note These are basic accommodations, the building is rough, but the apartment interior is as good or better than you'll find around town. The water pressure is very low, but perfectly adequate for general use. You may have to flush the toilet with a bucket (filled in the shower) if the pressure drops too low :-), so it's a bit like 'roughing it'. The unit has air conditioner, electric cooktop and electric hot water heater. Summer power outages are possible and can last from minutes to hours. Be prepared to wait those out and enjoy a walk or lounge on the rooftop in the breeze while you wait.
